Discover the natural beauty and local way of life of Chiang Mai with 2 Days Jungle Trek with Ethical Elephant Sanctuary and Bamboo Rafting by Chiangmai Trekking Center, a two-day, one-night adventure combining jungle trekking, an ethical elephant experience, a Karen community visit, a local homestay, waterfall swimming, and bamboo rafting in one journey.


On the first day, start with a morning pickup from your accommodation and visit a local market to purchase supplies for the trip. Continue to a community-based ethical elephant sanctuary, where you can participate in feeding and bathing the elephants in a respectful setting.


Enjoy approximately 3–4 hours of trekking through beautiful natural landscapes, rice paddies, and scenic viewpoints. Enjoy a local-style lunch before continuing to a Karen village, where you will spend the night at a local homestay and experience the atmosphere and way of life of the community.


On the second day, start with breakfast accompanied by coffee or tea before heading out for approximately 2–3 hours of trekking along remote jungle trails with scenic views. After enjoying a local-style lunch, swim and relax at a waterfall before ending the adventure with a peaceful bamboo rafting experience. Return to your accommodation in the evening.



Itinerary

Day 1

08:00–08:30 AM Pickup from your hotel or accommodation. Visit a local market to purchase supplies for the trip, followed by a visit to a community-based ethical elephant sanctuary to feed and bathe the elephants.

Approximately 3–4 Hours of Trekking Trek through beautiful natural landscapes, rice paddies, and scenic viewpoints.

Midday Enjoy a local-style lunch.

Afternoon Continue the journey to a Karen village.

Evening Stay overnight at a local homestay within the community.

Day 2

Morning Enjoy breakfast with coffee or tea before starting approximately 2–3 hours of trekking through remote jungle trails with scenic views.
